These are the non-negotiables — the checks and certificates every worker brings to an assignment.
NCFE Level 2 — Safe Handling of Medication
NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding the Safe Handling of Medication in Health & Social Care — administering, recording and storing medication safely and accountably.
QA Level 3 — First Aid at Work
QA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work — from everyday scrapes to serious emergencies, our staff know what to do and stay calm doing it.
Team Teach — Positive Behaviour Advanced Modules
Advanced Team Teach training in positive behaviour management — building relationships and de-escalating first, so that physical intervention is a genuine last resort.

Our personnel's experience varies greatly, and each brings their own strengths — but everyone holds relevant experience of working with children and young people, and a Diploma Level 3 in Children's Health and Social Care, NVQ Level 3 Childcare or equivalent. Across the team you'll find:

We provide continuing training so that every carer stays current with the best techniques and approaches when caring for children and young people, from safeguarding practice to record keeping that stands up to inspection.
Confidentiality runs through all of it: our teams handle information in line with the Data Protection Act and UK GDPR, and understand why that discipline matters in children's services more than almost anywhere else.
