Many of the young people we support have lived through difficult, sometimes traumatic experiences, and the risk of disengagement is high. We don't fall back on seniority or age — we engage with every child, build genuine rapport, and earn trust.
Our teams provide structure and routine, respect each young person's racial, cultural, religious, linguistic and dietary needs, and give them a foundation to build on — so that when independence comes, they're ready for it.
